I teach an alignment-focused Slow Vinyasa Flow with emphasis on building strength and releasing tension. I also customize private classes to meet the needs of my students including Restorative and Yin yoga. Sessions can also include Breath work techniques.

Quantum Harmonization is a practice of energetic healing by balancing energies in the body. It is also a stress and pain relieving technique, helping to release trapped emotions and tension. Quantum Harmonization has been shown to heal the body physically while also creating positive patterns of thought and behavior. Sleep patterns are also often improved.
