About Me…

There was a time in my life when I didn’t know how to slow down or tend to what my body was holding. In my twenties, when my younger brother — my best friend growing up — died suddenly in an accident, my world shifted in ways I didn’t yet know how to name. Grief lived in my body as tightness, exhaustion, digestive issues, shallow breath, and restless sleep. I felt deeply lonely and unprepared, carrying emotions I didn’t know how to release or move through.

I knew I needed healing, but I had never been taught how to work with grief, anxiety, or big emotions. So I began searching. Through the healing arts of meditation, breath work, yoga, sound healing, and energy healing, I slowly found my way back to myself. As my body softened and my breath deepened, a new sense of peace and intuition emerged. I felt connected again — to myself, to life, and to my brother through quiet signs and synchronicities that reminded me I was not alone.

That healing journey didn’t close me off; it opened me in a profound way. It revealed how deeply I care about helping others experience what I had slowly relearned — how to create calm, peace, and presence in their lives. Today, I feel called to support adults and children who are navigating grief, stress, overwhelm, or the constant noise of daily life. I help them slow down, breathe, reconnect with their bodies, and listen to their inner voices. Through simple, embodied tools, I guide them in moving trapped emotional energy and remembering their natural state of calm, coherence, and connection. At the heart of my work is a quiet truth I live by: when we slow down and breathe, we remember who we are — connected, whole, and divinely human. Check out my services →
